The waitresses' complaint said that because they are paid below the $7.25 minimum wage, forcing them to contribute to a "tip pool" shared with the service bartenders violates the law.

    This former bartender pulled many shifts at the service bar and was adored (and showered with tips) by wait staff for his ability to listen but once to their rattled-off drink orders for multiple tables and perfectly render said orders in virtually no time. So that these two ungrateful, filthy hoors let themselves be talked into such parasitism by grease ball shysters serves as a particularly disappointing measure of our society‘s decay.
