The Columbia, S.C.-based law firm posted double-digit growth in revenue, net income and profit per equity partner for the third year in a row. “We expect 2013 to be a good year for deals as there is plenty of capital available,” said Michael E. Hollings­worth II, managing partner of the Atlanta office and co-head of the mergers and acquisitions practice. “Strategic buyers are in the market and many private equity groups need to sell their legacy portfolio companies. With regard to industries, we expect technology, health care, education and energy to remain strong, and we have seen more activity recently in traditional industries.”
