Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell was formed in 2007 by the merger of Texas-based Locke Liddell & Sapp and Chicago-based Lord Bissell & Brook. It changed its name to Locke Lord in September 2011. The Atlanta office, which was opened in 1983, is headed by Neil H. Dickson.
