The intellectual property boutique was founded in Washington in 1965 and opened its Atlanta office in 1997. Local managing partner R. Bruce Bower believes that a hot area for intellectual property practice will be at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office in response to the March 16 implementation of the America Invents Act.
