Olive Garden, LongHorn workers sue company

Darden Restaurants violated federal labor laws by underpaying thousands of servers across the country at Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Red Lobster and other eateries, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday on behalf of the workers.

    Workers have it really bad these days and given the economy, their workload and worries are probably doubled. Restaurant workers are some of the lowest paid in the economic workforce and for them to not to be getting their proper pay is horrendous. These are just allegations, but this is example of the types of things some companies can do to get over their workers. If these allegations are true, hopefully they can get justice.
