Deadlines: Below please find the tentative dates for the 2008 foreclosure sale, the deadline to submit a foreclosure notice, and the dates for the first week of publication for each sale. Unless cancelled all foreclosure notices will publish once a week for the four weeks prior to the sale date.

Late charges will apply to any foreclosure notice submitted after the deadline date. Cancellations, corrections, or modifications must be received at least 3 business days prior to its next publication date.

Rates: The following is a list of charges for publishing Public Notices. The legal rate of advertising for all other notices is $10 per one hundred words, or fraction, per insertion

All ads submitted for publication in the Daily Report requesting a specific publication date must be in our office by 10:00 a.m., three business days in advance of the date requested. |
