A federal judge in Atlanta is allowing fraud claims by five U.S. auto dealers to proceed against the U.S. subsidiary of India's largest automotive manufacturer in a suit stemming from a failed deal to sell Indian-made sports utility vehicles and pickups in the U.S. Scorpio SUVs (above) being assembled in India: Mahindra's inability to win U.S. emissions approval for selling the vehicles here has led to complicated litigation in an Atlanta federal court.
