DECATUR, Ga. (AP) - A woman accused of arranging for her husband to be killed pleaded not guilty to all charges against her during her second arraignment in the case.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Andrea Sneiderman on Friday entered the not guilty pleas to a 16-count indictment.
Sneiderman was arraigned in a Decatur courtroom a second time Friday because a new indictment with a different set of charges required the court date.
The new indictment includes more counts of perjury and making false statements. Charges of racketeering and insurance fraud were dropped.
Sneiderman still faces malice murder and other charges in the 2010 shooting death of her husband Rusty Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody preschool.
A jury found Hemy Neuman guilty but mentally ill of killing Rusty Sneiderman.
