The state's elder crimes law cannot be used to prosecute two metro Atlanta attorneys and a Marietta man for alleged crimes, nearly a decade old, against an international gun manufacturer and its 83-year-old founder, the Supreme Court of Georgia ruled Monday. James Harper (above) said he and his colleagues "remain unbowed" in asserting innocence.
