Judges in three courts are battling over whether 3-year-old twins should remain with foster parents who want to adopt them or join a slightly older brother who lives with their uncle and aunt. A lawyer pushing for the twins to live with their uncle and aunt says Judge Wendy Shoob (above) doesn't have jurisdiction. Shoob stopped an order removing the kids from foster parents.
