A task force of lawyers from the State Bar and Georgia Chamber of Commerce is finalizing a package of rules on electronic discovery that it will propose to the Legislature during the upcoming session. Task force member Rocco Testani (above) says the key themes of the proposed rules are proportionality, protocol and safe harbor.
