An appeals court panel has tossed a $2.3 million jury verdict in a slip-and-fall case against Kroger, but the grocery store chain will be hampered in a retrial because the panel largely upheld a Gwinnett County judge's punishment of Kroger for destroying a videotape that might have captured the accident. Lloyd Bell (above) says his client's case against Kroger will be even stronger in a retrial.
