A Utah bank is assessing its options in a case in which a Fulton County jury said the bank should pay the owner of a Gwinnett County warehouse more than $1.1 million and an additional $87,287 in attorney fees. Attorneys G. Brian Raley, left, and Michael A. Sierra of Atlanta said the award might have been larger had they not dropped a punitives claim on fears jury was deadlocked.
