C. Palmer Brown is general counsel and senior vice president for Compass Group North America, headquartered in Charlotte, N.C. Brown joined Compass Group in 2001 and has served in several finance, strategic planning and corporate development roles. He has coordinated most of the acquisitions and divestitures for the company and became general counsel in July 2010.
