SMYRNA, Ga. (AP) - A hunting store in Atlanta's suburbs is offering Georgians a chance to win a free gun for voting in the Nov. 6 election.
The raffle is prompting one state senator to complain it violates a ban on providing money or gifts for voting.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports Wednesday that Adventure Outdoors owner Jay Wallace defends the promotion.

Democratic State Sen. Vincent Fort of Atlanta filed a complaint Tuesday with the Secretary of State's office.
Wallace says the raffle is open to all customers and gets people involved in the political process.
