Superior Court Judge Bobby Peters of the Chattahoochee Circuit told the Daily Report this week that he was privately reprimanded by the state judicial disciplinary agency last year for securing a $7,800 loan from a Columbus criminal defense attorney and then presiding over the lawyer's cases.
