A woman who said her attorney double-dipped by collecting a 40 percent contingency fee as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional legal fees has filed a suit including claims of legal malpractice, fraud and racketeering against Atlanta employment law attorney Lisa Millican (above) and her firm, Greenfield Millican.
