After 20 minutes of deliberation, a Gwinnett County State Court jury cleared Gwinnett Hospital System and one of its nurses of professional negligence in a case involving a man who claimed he broke his neck after falling out of a hospital bed while being treated at Gwinnett Medical Center two years ago.
