All supplied inserts must meet specifications:

• Maximum size of insert = 11 inches x 16 inches (flat)



• Minimum size of insert = 3 inches x 5 inches



• Maximum thickness of insert = one-quarter inch



• Minimum thickness of insert = 60# stock (single sheet)



• Insert cannot be more than 1 inch larger than carrier, if machine inserted (width or depth)



• Inserts must be received in good condition for machine insertion. Inserts received with inconsistent folds, uneven stacks, or any other damage may be rejected or otherwise refused until other arrangements can be made.



• Inserts must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to insertion scheduled time unless prior arrangements have been made with management.



• Please contact your sales representative in advance if the insert requires special handling such as pre-folding. Advance notice will eliminate delays and missed deadlines.

Supplied inserts that do not meet the above requirements will be refused.
