Electronic Specs

We only accept digital files and prefer PDF files, but can also accept TIFF, EPS, and original files. All images and fonts must be included. All files submitted should be suitable for reproduction in formats that can be recognized by our system, i.e. Adobe CS2 and Microsoft Office suites.

Minimum resolution: 600 dpi for line art, 200 dpi for photos. Fonts must be 100% embedded in PDF files or included with EPS files. Only postscript fonts are supported. Black-and-white ads should be in grayscale. In a 4 color ad, spot colors should be converted to their equivalent CMYK-process colors. Save all color images and graphics in CMYK.

Ads may be sent to your representative via e-mail, if they do not exceed 3 mb in size. Ads larger than 3 mb should be sent on CD.
